How It Works

Simple process. Real value.

We make selling your excess inventory easy,
secure and rewarding.
Here's how it works.

THE FOUR STEPS

Each step has an owner. Nothing sits in a black box.

01

Send the list

You do

  • Excel or CSV with MPN, manufacturer, quantity, date code, packaging.
  • Photos of open trays, mixed reels, or any line without a factory label.
  • NDA first if the list is customer- or project-named.

We do

  • Same-day receipt. A buyer is assigned to the file, not a shared inbox.
  • We only come back if a column is missing or two date codes sit on one line.

YOU GET

A deal ID and a confirmation that the file is in review.

02

Receive the offer

You do

  • Read the bid sheet. Every line is Bid, No-bid, or Hold — not a single lot guess.
  • Reply on the same sheet. Lock the quantity you can actually ship.

We do

  • 4–24 hours for a first pass on a clean list. Hold lines wait on a photo or a date-code split.
  • The number is good for 7–10 days unless the market moves on that MPN.

YOU GET

A line-level offer: unit, extended, lot bid or cherry-pick.

03

Ship or we collect

You do

  • Packing list must match the accepted bid sheet, line for line.
  • Keep original reels and trays. Open parts go in ESD bags, not supermarket plastic.

We do

  • We book pickup on accepted deals, or send the dock address and deal ID for your forwarder.
  • Risk and insurance transfer when our carrier signs — or when the carton hits our dock.

YOU GET

A pickup window or a receiving appointment. Carton marks are on the confirmation.

04

Inspect and get paid

You do

  • Beneficiary name on the wire must match the company on the list.
  • If a line is short or mis-packed, the deduction is on the inspection note — not a later email argument.

We do

  • Count and condition check against the packing list. Photos on any variance.
  • T/T after the inspection is closed. Typical 2–5 business days.

YOU GET

Inspection note + commercial invoice + wire.

INCOMING INSPECTION

What the dock actually checks

Payment follows this sheet, not the bid. If a carton fails a row, that qty is held — the rest of the deal still moves.

SHIPPING GUIDE

Carton marks and how to pack

  • Do not mix accepted lines with leftover stock in the same carton.
  • Original manufacturer reels stay in their moisture-barrier bags if they arrived that way.
  • Tubes and trays need a spacer so chips do not rattle in transit.
  • Commercial invoice: MPN, qty, unit as on the bid sheet — not a single “electronic parts” line.

IF SOMETHING IS OFF

Variance is a rule, not a negotiation

Shortage

We pay the counted qty. The missing pieces are struck from the invoice. No second shipment unless you ask for it.

Wrong date code

That quantity is split off. If we still want it, you get a revised unit. If not, we can return it at our cost on the next lane.

Pulled or used

Not paid. You choose return or scrap. This is why pulled lines must be marked before the bid, not after the carton opens.
