OEM / brand owner
Typical stock. Cancelled project leftovers, EOL last-time-buy residue, line-down excess.
What we need. Usually clean MPNs, original pack, one or two plants.
EMS / contract manufacturer
Typical stock. Overbuy on a run, unused kits after an ECO, leftover passives and ICs.
What we need. Often mixed date codes. Separate sealed vs open if you can.
Distributor / trader
Typical stock. Slow-moving franchise stock, aged reels, connector and memory overstock.
What we need. Brand + MPN + qty + D/C is enough to start. Tell us if it is allocated or customer-return.

Questions sellers actually ask
Can you sign an NDA before we send the list?+
Yes. Send your NDA or ask for ours. We do not need the commercial story — only part numbers, quantities and condition.
Do you buy the whole list or only the good lines?+
Both. Say whether you need a lot bid (we take the agreed lines together) or a cherry-pick (we buy only what we can use). Lot bids are faster to close.
Do you take obsolete, EOL or old date codes?+
Yes, when there is still demand for repair, legacy builds or last-time support. Age alone does not kill a line. No demand does.
What about pulled, used or refurbished parts?+
That is not our lane. We buy new and unused surplus. If a line is pulled or pulled-and-tested, mark it clearly — we will usually pass.
Is there a minimum?+
We read any list. A useful offer needs enough value to cover inspection and freight. A 20-line OEM residue lot is fine. A handful of loose odd chips usually is not.
Who pays freight, and how do you pay?+
We can arrange pickup on accepted deals. Payment is wire transfer after incoming inspection against the packing list.
