TERMS

The bid sheet is the
deal. The dock is the pay.

These terms cover how BOMcycle buys unused surplus, obsolete and EOL electronic components: line-level offers, packing lists, incoming inspection and T/T. They are not a portal user agreement and they are not a consignment shop.

01

We buy as principal

BOMcycle takes title to accepted lines. We pay. We do not list your stock on a marketplace and wait. We do not broker a file around the market for a commission. Unmarked, pulled or used parts are a pass — not a relabel project.

02

The offer is a line sheet, not a lot guess

Every line is Bid, No-bid or Hold. Hold waits on a photo or a date-code split. The number is good for 7–10 days unless that MPN moves. Reply on the same sheet and lock the quantity you can actually ship. A first pass on a clean Excel or CSV is typically 4–24 hours.

Accepting the sheet is accepting those units, those quantities and that packaging. Mixing leftover plant stock into an accepted carton is not a revision — it is a variance.

03

What has to match before a carton moves

The packing list must match the accepted bid sheet, line for line. Original manufacturer reels stay in their moisture-barrier bags if they arrived that way. Tubes and trays need a spacer. The commercial invoice uses MPN, qty and unit from the bid sheet — not a single line that says “electronic parts.”

Cartons are marked with the deal ID (BC-…), carton count and the packing-list revision. Carriers without a deal ID are turned away. The receiving address is printed on the confirmation after you accept. There is no public counter and no unannounced drop-off.

04

Risk, title and the inspection note

Risk and insurance transfer when our carrier signs, or when the carton hits our dock if you book the freight. Title transfers after incoming inspection against the packing list — not when the truck leaves your plant.

The dock checks MPN vs label, quantity, packaging as quoted, date code, and ESD / MSL bag if the line was sold sealed. Payment follows that sheet. A fail on one carton holds that qty; the rest of the deal still moves.

05

Variance is a rule, not a negotiation

Shortage: we pay the counted qty. Missing pieces are struck from the invoice. No second shipment unless you ask for it.

Wrong date code: that quantity is split off. If we still want it, you get a revised unit. If not, we can return it at our cost on the next lane.

Pulled or used: not paid. You choose return or scrap. Pulled lines have to be marked before the bid, not after the carton opens. Open stock quoted as sealed is repriced as open, or that qty is returned.

06

The wire

T/T after inspection close. Typical 2–5 business days. The beneficiary name must match the company on the list. Accounts will not send a wire to a personal account or a third-party trading name that was not on the file. Invoice questions on a live deal go to buyback@bomcycle.com with the BC- number in the subject.

07

If this is not a deal yet

A surplus list that has not been bid belongs on Sell Your Inventory. NDA paper and new inquiries go to inventory@bomcycle.com. How a carton is packed and how a line is paid is on How It Works. These terms follow that desk — they do not replace a signed confirmation on an accepted sheet.
